I had the wonderful opportunity to be involved in the 2017 American Marketing Association annual case competition. These competitions are intensive, research and design heavy marketing plans for real life companies who sponsor the American Marketing Association. 2017 was the first year that the Association decided to hold a case competition t-shirt contest. Since that year’s sponsor was Mary Kay they decided to create a theme that would tie into Mary Kay. They decided on “The Timeless Beauty of Marketing” and every chapter that wanted to participate made a design to be put on the t-shirts given out at the International Conference in April.
